Cadbury Caramel Cake
For those who like to bake quick and easy recipes, this decadent Caramel Cake made with Cadbury Caramel Milk Chocolate will be ready to serve in time.
Ingredients
• 185g of Cadbury Caramel Chocolate
• 1 Egg
• 100g of Self Raising Flour
• 3 Tablespoons of pink food colouring
• 110g of Sugar
• 10g of Butter
Method
- Turn on the stove to gas mark 3. Place the chocolate and butter into a mixing bowl and put on top of a saucepan. Stir for 15 mins.
- Turn off the heat, and add the sugar and egg. Stir thoroughly whilst adding the pink food colouring.
- Fold in the flour and stir again.
- Turn the oven onto gas mark 6 for 20 mins, and then turn down to gas mark 3 for 60 mins.
- Take out of oven, leave to cool. Then enjoy!
